The hotel's elegant decor, including marble, candles, and plants, creates a luxurious atmosphere. The staff, especially the baggage-smasher, is friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. The book exchanging feature is a great idea. a wonderful experience.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and walk to different attractions. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We also appreciated the fact that the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience at this hotel. the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and updated, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor area around the pool. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the beach and close to the free trolley stop, making it easy to explore the town.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the center, within walking distance of downtown and the old center with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, offering a welcome snack upon arrival. The breakfast selection is extensive, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's tastes. The hotel also offers a children's playroom, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained.

Some of the facilities, such as the spa and fitness facilities, may be in need of maintenance.

Unexpectedly huge suite; stylish and clean rooms; fantastic shower and bath; excellent lighting and storage; very friendly and helpful staff; cute basket of fresh fruit; quiet and luxurious feel. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Turin and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the slow and occasionally unreliable wifi connection.

A luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool offered a relaxing experience. the garden area was a tranquil escape from the bustle of the city. the buffet breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. Private facilities added to the exclusivity of the experience. the hotel's location advantages made it easy to explore the city.

The entertainment could have been better. the venue only offers minor events, so we had to look elsewhere for entertainment.
